Mirage‑Recon LLC was built on a single premise: most intelligence and research systems fail because they mix things that should never touch. When observation, interpretation, and truth are allowed to blur — neutrality disappears, audits become arguments, and conclusions become fragile.
This platform exists to prevent that.
The Founder
My name is Johnny Harvey — U.S. Army combat engineer and founder of Mirage-Recon LLC.
Military experience teaches you to operate in chaotic, ambiguous environments where hesitation can be fatal and clarity is everything. After service, I applied that same mindset to the digital world — where I saw the same patterns of confusion, deception, and complexity hurting organizations and individuals who deserved better tools.
I built Mirage-Recon because people deserve systems that tell the truth, not systems that hide it. I’m self-taught, driven, and committed to building something that lasts — something that helps others navigate environments designed to overwhelm them.
Mirage-Recon LLC is 100% veteran-owned, formed in Texas, established March 4, 2026.
Philosophy: Integrity by Design
Three kinds of data. Never mixed.
Client Truth is data the client already owns and is responsible for. It is not discovered. It is not inferred. It is not scored. It is not modified. It is authoritative by definition — and nothing in the system is allowed to “improve” it.
Research / Discovery is data the system goes out and observes. It can be wrong. It can contradict itself. It can contradict client truth. It is never assumed correct. It exists to ask questions, not assert answers.
Verification / Comparison is where the two worlds meet — carefully. This layer stores only relationships: alignments, contradictions, gaps, review timestamps. It is the audit surface. It does not store truth. It does not store raw research.
These are not conceptual preferences. They are enforced through physical separation.
The Gateway: Integrity Over Intelligence
In this system, retrieval and augmentation are not “AI features.” They are integrity enforcement.
The gateway guarantees:
- All data is stamped and hashed on entry
- All data is time-stamped and immutable once ingested
- All data is routed correctly by domain
- Data is never transformed in storage
- Provenance is enforced, not implied
Nothing reads from or writes to persistence except through this gate.
Human + System Partnership
The Analyst sees all preserved data, tracks patterns across time, highlights conflicts and anomalies — and never initiates action. The Human recognizes novelty, provides judgment, authorizes intent, and can halt execution at any time.
Neither replaces the other. Each constrains the other.

Control and Restraint
No component in this system is allowed to initiate a target on its own, store data directly, or escalate scope autonomously. All action flows through explicit intent. All action can be stopped.
This is not a limitation. It is the reason the system remains stable.
